Finding your way around Pipento
What each screen in the menu is for, and which ones to open each day, each week and each month.
Pipento has a short menu on the left and a top bar that changes with each screen. Once you know what each one is for, you'll rarely need more than two or three of them in a day.
The menu on the left
Tracker is your pipeline, with every deal grouped by stage. It's where you add deals, update them and see what's next. Calendar shows every follow-up, close date and last contacted date on a month view, with today's actions down the right-hand side.
Contacts is your address book, and it builds itself from your deals. Pulse is a weekly read on whether your pipeline is gaining momentum or going cold. Dashboard shows your numbers at a glance, and Reports turns them into a report you can download as a PDF.
On the Team plan you'll also see CRM, where your won clients live as accounts, and Tasks, for to-dos and recurring check-ins. If you want more room, Collapse at the bottom of the menu shrinks it down. Your name and company sit at the bottom left.

The top bar
Each screen has its title and a short description at the top left. On the right you'll find the buttons for that screen, such as New Deal on Tracker, Export to Outlook on Calendar and Download PDF on Reports. The bell shows your notifications.
On the Team plan, the Viewing switch lets you flip between My pipeline and the whole team's, and Jump to rep shows you one person's pipeline on its own. The same switch appears on every screen, so the numbers you see always match the view you've picked.
Deals open from anywhere
Wherever a deal appears, in Tracker, on the calendar or in Pulse, you can click it to open the deal window. You don't need to go back to Tracker to update something you've just spotted.
A simple routine
Most people start the day in Calendar or Tracker, deal with today's follow-ups, log what happened and set the next date. Open Pulse at the start of the week to see what's slipping. Use Dashboard and Reports at the end of the month, or when someone asks how sales are going.
If you're new, read adding deals and moving them through stages next.
