About these terms

These terms cover your use of Pipento, the sales pipeline software at pipento.com. Please read them before you sign up, because by starting a trial or a subscription you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you sign up for.
Who we are
Pipento is run by Market Jar Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11155181. Our registered office is Suite 5, 1-2 Leonard Place, Westerham Road, Keston, Kent, BR2 6HQ. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Market Jar Limited, and "you" means the person or business using Pipento.

Who Pipento is for
Pipento is sold to businesses, for business use. By signing up you confirm that you're using it for a business, trade or profession and not as a consumer, and that you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
Plans, payment and cancelling
Plans and prices
Our plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. On the date above, Founder is £24 a month for one person, limited to the first 50 places, with no free trial. Solo is £35 a month for one person, with a 7 day free trial. Team is £69 a month, one flat price for everyone in your business who sells, with a 7 day free trial.
Accounts, Tasks and team access are included on the Team plan only. If you choose annual billing, you get one month free. If we change our prices, we'll tell you before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply from your next billing date after that notice.
Free trials
Solo and Team come with a 7 day free trial so you can try Pipento before you pay. At the end of the trial you choose whether to subscribe. The Founder plan has no free trial.
Payment
Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the billing period you choose, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You're responsible for keeping your payment details up to date. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's resolved.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
We don't give refunds on any plan, including part-used months or years, because the 7 day free trial on Solo and Team is there for you to decide whether Pipento is right for you. Founder places have no trial and aren't refundable once paid. Our Refund Policy explains this in full.
Using Pipento
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your login. On the Team plan, you're responsible for the people you give access to. Please tell us straight away through the contact form if you think someone has used your login without permission.
Your data
The deals, contacts and notes you put into Pipento belong to you. We only use them to run Pipento for you, and we don't sell them or use them for anything else. You can export your deals and contacts as a CSV file whenever you like. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
You're responsible for having the right to store the information you put into Pipento, including any personal details about your own contacts.
Using Pipento fairly
You agree not to use Pipento for anything unlawful, to send spam, to try to get into parts of the service or other customers' data you're not allowed to see, or to copy, resell or reverse engineer the software. We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules, and we'll tell you why.
Our responsibilities
We'll provide Pipento with reasonable skill and care. We work to keep it available and secure, but like any online software it may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance, and we can't promise it will always be free of errors.
We may improve or change Pipento over time. If a change removes something important from your plan, we'll tell you in advance.
Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Otherwise, we're not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of Pipento is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will show when they were last updated. If you keep using Pipento after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
