Refund Policy

We don't give refunds on any Pipento plan. Solo and Team come with a 7 day free trial so you can use Pipento properly before you pay, and you only subscribe if you decide to go ahead.

Free trials

The 7 day free trial on Solo and Team gives you the full plan. At the end of the trial you choose whether to subscribe. If you don't, nothing is charged.

After you subscribe

Once you've subscribed, payments aren't refundable, whether you pay monthly or annually and including any part of a month or year you don't use.

The Founder plan

The Founder plan is limited to the first 50 places and has no free trial. Founder payments aren't refundable once made, so please be sure it's right for you before you take a place.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. When you do, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. Before your access ends, you can export your deals and contacts as a CSV file.

If you think you've been charged in error, for example twice for the same period, please tell us through our contact form and we'll put it right. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the law.
