Accounts and tasks (Team plan)
How CRM keeps track of won clients, renewals and check-ins, and how Tasks handles to-dos and recurring work.
Winning a deal isn't the end of the work. On the Team plan, CRM and Tasks help you look after clients once they've signed, so renewals and check-ins don't get missed.
Accounts in CRM
CRM is where your won clients live as accounts. Each account card shows its monthly and yearly value, how many deals and contacts it has, the renewal date, the next check-in and who manages it.
Every account has a health status of Healthy, At risk or Churned, and you can filter the list by health. A check-in that's overdue is highlighted, along with how many days late it is.
Along the top you'll see your total recurring revenue, how many accounts are active, how many need attention, and how many renewals are due in the next 60 days. Click New Account to add a client yourself, and use the search box to find one.
Tasks
Tasks is for to-dos that don't fit on a single deal, such as a quarterly review or sending a case study. Type the task, then set a due date, whether it's one-off or recurring, the priority, the account it belongs to and who it's for. Click Add task to save it.
Tasks are grouped into overdue, today, this week and no date, so you can see what needs doing first. Tick the circle to complete a task. Recurring tasks, such as a monthly check-in, roll forward on their own, so the next one is ready when you've finished this one. Show completed brings back anything you've ticked off.
Tasks with a due date also appear on the calendar, alongside your follow-ups.
Working as a team
Everyone on the Team plan works from one shared pipeline for one flat monthly price. Use the Viewing switch to flip between your own work and the team's, and Jump to rep to see one person's. You can also show your own logo and company name inside Pipento.
