Pulse
Your weekly briefing: the year-end forecast, pipeline health, momentum and the deals that need attention.
Pulse is a heartbeat monitor for your sales activity. It answers one question: is your pipeline gaining momentum, or are deals being left to go cold? Most people open it at the start of the week.

Year-end forecast
The forecast takes what you've already won this year and adds your average monthly revenue from the last three months for each month left in the year. Underneath, it tells you whether you're ahead of or behind last year, and by how much.
Pipeline health
Pipeline health shows how many deals are active, the total value in play across them, and how many need attention. If that last number is climbing, it's worth clearing some follow-ups before you chase anything new.
The activity chart
The chart tracks your pipeline week by week. A rising line means momentum is building. A flat or falling line means deals are going cold. The label at the top right sums it up, so you can tell at a glance.
Needs Attention
This is the most useful part of Pulse. It lists deals that have gone quiet for longer than your average sales cycle, along with any deal you've never contacted. Each one shows the contact, the value, the stage and how long it's been since you last spoke.
Click a deal to open it, get in touch, log what happened and set a new follow-up date. Once it's back on track it drops off the list. There's more on this in follow-ups and smart follow-up suggestions.
Keeping Pulse accurate
Pulse is only as good as the dates behind it. Update Last contacted whenever you speak to someone, and make sure every live deal has a value and a stage.
